Commercial Property:

We regularly prepare Schedules of Dilapidations for leasehold property on behalf of commercial Landlords whilst also providing advice to business owners who have received a Dilapidations claim and require guidance on how best to proceed. We also offer Schedules of Condition for use at the commencement of leases and prepare Land Registry compliant Lease Plans.

Blocks of Flats:

A number of our clients are Managing Agents or Residents Committees for blocks of flats where we are called in to diagnose defects in the buildings and to specify and oversee repair/refurbishment works such as re-roofing, balcony repairs, concrete repairs etc. 

Remedial Works:

Much of our survey work will inevitably lead to the decision to repair/refurbish or replace elements of the building. We have considerable experience and expertise in specifying such works, overseeing them on site as well as dealing with contractual arrangements between the client and the contractor.
